I have created a new FIFO file using TSO OEDIT and I can see read and write permissions. I am trying to copy data from my mainframe dataset to this FIFO file and below are the permissions I can see:-
Command Filename Message Type Permission Audit Ext Fmat
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
new FIFO rw-rw-rw- fff--- ----
Do we need to get any special permission to use this FIFO UNIX file in z/OS and how do we get these permissions.
