We are running multiple generations(2 to 3) during IST time and some more generations are run during EST time. We are now manually sharing the generations which we ran.
But sometimes we miss to share this information during end of the day. In this case we have to manually check which generations are run by referring to the job which has ran using these generations.
Now I am thinking to bypass this manual process by auto triggering an email about the file which has run.
I am not sure how SMTP works in dynamically picking up the current generation number.
