Subject: Underlying DB2 VSAM LDS - SMF recording

Hi,
We have a VSAM file and it is an underlying DB2 LDS dataset. We are trying to find out who/what job referenced the dataset.
The dataset information says the dataset was accessed 2 days back.
But when we look at the SMF 14, 15, 17, 18, 60 to 68 record types for that particular day, there is no evidence on SMF for that access.
Could you please let me know if DB2 secretly accesses its datasets and does not leave an entry on 14, 15, 17, 18, 60 to 68 record types.
Is there any other place we could look?
