DFSORT/ICETOOL :: RE: convert PD to ZD

To add, the output you show, with an explicit sign, and explicit decimal-point, is not "ZD". To get that output you'd use an EDIT mask. Lots of examples here, and description and many more examples in the documentation.

The content of the field causing the S0C7 is not valid. Could be bad data, could be badly-defined field (wrong start, length, type, or any combination including all three).

I can't think why TO=ZD need get a S0C7. So provide what has been asked.

You know to do this already. You have a long history of not being forthcoming with information, and of not taking the time to help people you want help from by even formatting things nicely.

Are you sure you are using DFSORT, even? Paste the messages from any SYSOUT for a SORT step so we can see what level of DFSORT you have, please.
